Interpretive anthropologist Jonathan Crouse, a player with the Washington Capitals, has created a series of videos on the health benefits of a variety of foods.
Crouse is using the video to learn more about nutrition, exercise, and other topics related to his personal wellness and understanding of food.
Here’s a video of Crouse showing how he eats and the impact of different foods on the body.
The first video is about his favorite foods, which include broccoli, green peppers, cauliflower, and kale.
The second video is a little more of a “how to” video for Crouse and shows how to cook some healthy food.
The final video is focused on the science of health and how to understand and understand your body.
It’s a pretty engaging and informative series.
Crouse says that it was important for him to use his video to show that eating healthily can help a player gain weight, improve his immune system, and improve his performance on the ice.
“I’m interested in how people relate to and learn from each other, and the best way to do that is through video,” Crouse said.
“I think that the best videos are about what’s important, not what you think is important.”
